Local care, delivered with whole hearts
We are a family-owned home care company with two local offices and one promise: to create a world of care at home for all — for your loved ones, on their terms, in the home they love.
See the care that moves you
Built by neighbors, for our neighbors
Choosing home care for someone you love can be one of the hardest decisions a family makes. Amid a sea of look-alike agencies, it is hard to know who will truly show up — and treat your parent the way you would.
SYNERGY HomeCare was founded on a simpler idea: care should feel personal, because it is. Owner Tracy Powers built this practice to bring wholehearted, dependable support to the Puget Sound families right next door — people who deserve to age and recover with comfort, independence and dignity intact.
From companionship and light housekeeping to full personal care, our caregivers have helped seniors and people of all ages stay safe and engaged at home. We customize a plan for every individual, and we are here 24/7 — often the same day you call.
A world of care at home for all
Life moves in one direction — forward. No matter the circumstances, we step in with effective, comforting, life-affirming care that keeps people moving emotionally and physically forward. That is the SYNERGY Effect, and it is what we mean by care that moves you.

What sets our care apart
Two local offices, one standard of care — compassionate, trustworthy and intuitively personal.
Locally owned, neighbor to neighbor
We live and work in the communities we serve. When you call, you reach people who know these towns — not a distant call center.
Caregivers screened & trained
Every caregiver is background-checked, bonded and insured, and trained for the care they provide — including specialized memory care.
The peace of mind we get from the SYNERGY caregivers is priceless. They treat my mother like family and always go the extra mile.

A plan shaped around the person
No two people are alike, so no two plans are. We listen for what is unspoken and build care around your loved one — never a checklist.
Care that adapts, on your terms
Needs change, and care should keep pace. With no long-term contracts and 24/7 availability, your plan flexes when life does.
Care close to home
Both offices are independently owned and operated, staffed by people who know these neighborhoods.

Questions families ask
You have questions. We have answers — and a real person on the phone whenever you want to talk it through.
Who is SYNERGY HomeCare?
SYNERGY HomeCare is a national network of compassionate care providers offering non-medical, in-home support for people of all ages and abilities. Locally, two independently owned offices bring that care to families across East King County and North Seattle, Shoreline and Everett — from senior companionship to specialized, memory and hospital-to-home care.
Which areas do your two offices serve?
Our Issaquah office serves East King County — Issaquah, Sammamish, Renton, Snoqualmie, Maple Valley, Covington and North Bend. Our Lynnwood office covers North Seattle, Shoreline, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo and Everett. If you are unsure which office is closest, just call and we will point you to the right team.
How will I be matched with the right caregiver?
Every caregiver completes SYNERGY HomeCare training, passes an extensive background check, and is bonded and insured. From there we match on the things that make a relationship work — your schedule, the caregiver's skills, and personalities and interests that fit. If something is not right, we adjust.
How soon can care begin?
Often within a day or two. We recommend scheduling a free, no-obligation in-home consultation as early as you can, so we can build your plan and match a caregiver. Because care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we can move quickly when a need is urgent.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Our service agreement is built to flex — as your needs change, so do the services you receive. There are no lengthy lock-ins, and our terms are clear and transparent with no hidden fees.
How do families stay informed once care begins?
Communication is everything. Family members help shape the plan of care, and our caregivers share real-time updates on each visit. We proactively pass along progress, observations and any concerns to the family member responsible — as often as you would like.
How do I pay for home care, and will insurance help?
Most families pay privately, but home care may also be covered by long-term care insurance, some Medicare Advantage plans, and certain Veterans benefits. We will walk you through what applies to your situation and which questions to ask your carrier — there is no charge for that guidance.
Do you care for Veterans?
Proudly. We work with eligible Veterans and their families to coordinate in-home support, and we can help you understand the VA benefits that may help cover the cost of care.
What if I need to reach someone after hours?
Our local team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Whatever the hour, a real person is here to answer questions and respond to care needs.
